In the streets of Boston

Who is this man?

A better question may be, "Why did Sarah impulsively buy tickets to see the Mighty Mighty BossTones and Dropkick Murphys?" Well, it was part nostalgia and part curiosity. I was always a big BossTones fan, seeing them play at UNH and their legendary throw downs at the Middle East downstairs, and I always wanted to see the Dropkick Murphys. I liked the Murphys' early albums, with their original lineup but I was always scared to go see them alone. Now I think they've kind of sold out. I also had a dream once that I was Dickie Barrett's (see above photo) girlfriend. It was sweet. So I look forward to this.

I'll be seeing the show at Hadlock Field in Portland, home of the Portland Sea Dogs. They are a minor league baseball team, and the Double A affiliate of the Red Sox.

We've started some home improvement projects, which were kicked off by demolishing the shed/mud room on the back of the house. Lars will be replacing it with a deck. I can't wait! Pictures to follow soon.

My Yahoo Fantasy Baseball team is named the Salton Sea Dogs. I live by the Salton Sea and Sea Dogs is a rip off of the very minor league team!

I remember seeing The Bosstones, with Bim Skala Bim, at UNH in the Granite State Room (we didn't go together, did we?). I did a little slamming and got my big toe mangled. I remember the Bosstone's singer stopping the show because too many people got on it to stage dive. He called the crowd "retahded".

CBK: Hm, I don't think that was me. I saw them at the gym, with Rustic Overtones opening. This all rings a bell, though. I like Bim Skala Bim. My memory is horrible. I think you remember more than me.

M-man: Every time I see the Sea Dogs play, I swear they are playing the NH Fishercats. That strikes me as odd...

Go Lars! Demolishing sound fun, we were talking of knocking down a building yesterday.

The music of our youth isn't always the same now is it? I still dream I am Hetfields or Rollin's girlfriend, sad I know. ; )

Yeah, we have the NH Fishercats here. I like them except that all of their best players will one day be playing for Toronto.

Dropkick Murphys are pretty awesome. All of their Red Sox song are pretty good. One song you don't hear much about is "The State of Massachusetts." That's good.

admenta 10 mg is utilized in the treatment of moderate to serious dementia of Alzheimer's disease, a condition wherein the patient's memory and capacity to think, impart, learn, and handle everyday exercises are impaired gradually. This Tablet doesn't fix Alzheimer's disease; it improves the manifestations of the disease and defers disease movement.
