2 for 2

Last night I fell on the sidewalk on my way to a meeting. I could not quite clear the snowbank, caught my foot and found myself face down with my hands breaking my fall. It was dark, so nobody saw me but it makes me question my awareness. I either walk and not look up, or am totally not paying attention to the ground. Maybe I'm just in that in-between place of awareness right now.
