The face of death

I don't want my fleeting memories of 2006 to include the image of Saddam Hussein with a noose around his neck. Other things I'd like to forget about 2006: MySpace, my town's decision to raise our sewer rates to subsidize those who don't pay their bills, K-Fed, and the endless war in Iraq. Things I hope to always remember: a happy, pregnant Ani DiFranco, hosting a Fresh Air kid, pulling my nephews around in the fresh snow today, and Lars.
